Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting your enquiry

  • 1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
  • 2. The offer is valid for stays completed by 31 December 2026.
  • 3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
  • 4. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
  • 5. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
  • 6. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • 7. You can only avail one offer per household unless otherwise specified.
  • 8. Employees of Minor Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Minor Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Minor Vacation Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended a Minor Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.
  • 9. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays.
  • 10. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights. For more information, please contact Minor Vacation Club’s reservation centre at 1800 819 046 (toll free) or email bkpreview.mivc@minorvacationclub.com.
  • 11. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, and walk-in reservations are not permitted.
  • 12. Cancellation Policy:
    • For Low or Mid Season:
      • Cancel at least 14 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge.
      • Cancel 8-13 days before arrival date and 50% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
      • Cancel 7 days or less before arrival date and 100% of total accommodation charge will be applied.
    • For High or Peak Season:
      • Cancel at least 21 days before arrival date to avoid penalty charge of entire stay.
    • For Peak Season or Last Minute:
      • If booking is confirmed within 30 days of arrival date, it is non-refundable and no changes will be permitted.
  • 13. All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a Maybank credit, debit, or charge card.
  • 14. Minor Vacation Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
  • 15. The decision of the promoter on all matters relating to the offer is final, conclusive, and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
  • 16. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 17. Complimentary daily breakfast for 2 guests is included.
